Asiatravel.com Holdings Ltd. (AST SP): The online hotelreservations reported a S$6.3 million ($3.7 million) loss for theyear ended Sept. 30 after it wrote off investments in a budgetairline and other subsidiaries. It earned S$3 million a yearearlier. Asiatravel.com was unchanged at 13.5 Singapore cents.

Brilliant Manufacturing Ltd. (BML SP): The disk-drivecomponent maker said full-year profit dropped 41 percent toS$15.3 million from a year earlier as sales declined and sellingprices fell. Brilliant was unchanged at 34.5 Singapore cents.

Cosco Corp. Singapore Ltd. (COS SP): The bulk carrier andship-repair unit of China's biggest shipping company said itssubsidiary agreed to sell a property for S$18.6 million. The salewill generate a loss of about S$4.3 million for the year endedDec. 31. Cosco rose 1 cent, or 0.4 percent, to S$2.34.

Keppel Corp. (KEP SP): Singapore's biggest builder of oilrigs and platforms said its Rotterdam subsidiary won S$134million of contracts to convert vessels and install equipmentfrom Allseas Group SA and Sevan Production AS. Keppel wasunchanged at S$11.80.

Lion Asiapac Ltd. (LAP SP): The maker of motorcycles inChina said it agreed to sell its stake in three ventures in thecountry for 171.6 million yuan ($21 million). Lion Asiapac rosehalf a Singapore cent, or 3.1 percent, to 16.5 cents.

Sim Lian Group Ltd. (SLG SP): The construction company saidowners of at least 80 percent of a property have agreed to selltheir homes to the company's unit. Sim Lian will pay S$50.5million for the site. It also bought an adjacent property forS$2.2 million. Sim Lian slid half a Singapore cent, or 1.6percent, to 31.5 cents.

Singapore Exchange Ltd. (SGX SP): The operator of the city-state's securities and derivatives markets said it plans tostrengthen its corporate governance standards by adoptingguidelines introduced by the central bank by 2006. SingaporeExchange fell 1 cent, or 0.4 percent, to S$2.79.

United Envirotech Ltd. (UENV SP): The company said itentered into a preliminary agreement to build and operate twoplants that will treat wastewater and sewage in China's Rushancity. It will also have an option to buy two other plants in thecity. United Envirotech expects to invest about $25 million inthe projects. United Envirotech added 1 Singapore cent, or 2percent, to 51 cents.

Venture Corp. (VMS SP): Singapore's biggest publicly tradedelectronics maker for customers including Hewlett-Packard Co.said it agreed to buy a 60 percent stake in Scinetic EngineeringPte, a designer and maker of electronic and mechanical products,for S$20.9 million. Venture rose 10 cents, or 0.8 percent, toS$13.40.
