Confused?? 2 good DJ close made u extra bullish?? But today made a repeat of yesterday's reverse play...sharks...again???
Points to note:
Big picture - general global trend bearish...except for HSI with short term strength building up faster then the rest. Until the bull is form, remain bears or cautious long. This is the name of the game, the more u hurry, the more u end up like the typical crowd...slaughtered...
Small picture - again the nikkei showed the way this morning when it broke the bears signal @ 14290 despite a bullish tone by STI n HSI. Repeat, nikkei bears triggered while HSI n STI only set a bullish tone, in other words range bound or mixed. Thats the first caution signal. If u set a tight cut loss, this reversal will just be a slight bruise. If u play bear, this reversal made u much richer. Dept is thin, do not get swing around if you are new to such environment. Reduce ur position until ur emotions are under control.
Reminder, selective, tight cut, risk management...be a bear or a cautious bull...
